| Howard Dytham |
|
 |
Howard is the Head of Development at the County Ground, to
recognise his combined role of ‘heading up’ the Derbyshire Cricket Board as
well as fulfilling the role of Academy Director for Derbyshire County
Cricket Club. He has worked for the DCB for over 12 years
and is responsible, along with the other professional members of staff and
key volunteers, for the delivery of the plan for recreational cricket across
Derbyshire. Howard is also a Level 4 coach and has many years experience in
this area, working with players from Fundamentals level right through to the
Derbyshire Academy

| Mick Glenn |
|
|
Mick is the DCB Club Cricket Development
Manager. There is very little that Mick does not know with regard
to Club Development throughout Derbyshire. Mick is the first point
of contact for Clubs requiring information and support regarding Club
Development Planning, Affiliations, Clubmark, Grant Applications and the development
of Focus Clubs and their community clusters. Mick is also involved
in workforce development for club volunteers and groundsmen
together with facility development.

Greig Wright |
|
 |
Greig is the DCB's Performance Officer. Greig is the operational lead on
all activity in Performance including Player Pathway, Coach
Education, Officials etc. Greig also heads
up the Women and Girls programme and continues to tutor on the Coach
Education programme.

Jacqui Hendrick |
|
 |
Jacqui is DCB's Clubs and Finance Administrator. She handles the
administration in all areas of Club Cricket and works closely with Mick
Glenn. Jacqui also handles the day to running of the DCB finances
and will continue to produce DCB newsletters and develop the DCB
website.

Jess is the
Performance Administrator (part-time, Mondays and Tuesdays) reporting to Howard Dytham and Greig
Wright. Jess is responsible for administration support in all areas
of the Performance Department including Player Development, Coach
Education, the Community Programme, Officials etc.

| Adam Burgess |
|
 |
Adam is our newest recruit to the Derbyshire Cricket
Board Team. He has taken on the role of Cricket Development
Officer - Community. He will be involved in both the Club Development
and Performance Departments. He is responsible for the Community
Programme in Derbyshire as well as elements of Club Development work
and Business Development. He will work closely with a number
of key DCB Ltd personnel.

Hannah is the DCB's Marketing
and Commercial Officer. Hannah is responsible for generating
sponsorship, promoting and publishing the Boards activities.
She also works at developing relationships with both the Board's
current and potential business partners.

Mat Dowman |

 |
Mat has been with the DCB for several years now. He
is a talented player and coach who is a valued member of the coaching
staff here. Mat works with the squads in the Development of
Excellence Programme, he is also a very popular Community Coach judging
by the feedback we get from clubs and schools.

Richard
joined the team as a Community Coach in 2009. Richard is
involved in Community coaching in Schools and Clubs including the
Chance2Shine Programmes. Richard is the main contact for the
DCB Holiday Programmes and Schools Competitions organiser both
indoor and outdoor.
